Refund and Returns Policy

At Nabhi Roots, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

Non-returnable items: Opened consumable products (food items, powders, churnas) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@nabhiroots.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when raising the request.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at nabhiroots@gmail.com. Subject to stock availability, we will dispatch a replacement after the returned item is received.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, email us immediately at nabhiroots@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please:

  • Do not use the product.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nabhiroots@gmail.com.

We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.
  3. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at nabhiroots@gmail.com.
